Ridhi (she/her) is a therapist with Tender Heart Healing Arts. Ridhi completed the 2 year associateship training program at Alchemy, and worked with the organization for an additional year after completing her training. She approaches psychotherapy holistically integrating mind, body, and spirit. She draw heavily from liberation psychology framework, which actively engages in and emphasizes historical memory, trauma, and critical reflection, empowering the individual to better understand themselves in the context of our society.
