Individual, Couples, and Ketamine Therapy

As a liberation-oriented clinician, I understand individual challenges and suffering to be inextricably linked to intergenerational, collective, and ecological harms. I have a particular interest in supporting people whose needs have not been well met by Western medicine or conventional talk-therapy, appreciating a more holistic and eclectic orientation. Working together will feel like a blend of rooting and stargazing–incorporating resourcing practices that allow for deeper exploration of feeling and embodiment. I approach therapy with an interest in spirituality, archetypes, and consciousness, and am also grounded in material realities, bringing a critical social justice framework to my practice.

My background includes being born and raised in a multiracial/multicultural family in the Bay Area, with recent generations immigrating from the Philippines and Guatemala. Outside of my family of origin, I've found community through participation in DIY & QTBIPOC arts and music scenes and activist groups. I received an MA in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, and a BA in Community Studies from UC Santa Cruz. I tend to build a natural resonance with artists, activists, caregivers, and educators, as well as those grappling with identity, belonging, marginalization, and trauma.

Healing within empowers us to more positively evolve our relationships, communities, and world. Supporting you in nurturing self-compassion, connecting to your inner wisdom, and aligning with your personal values is my intention.
