Many of us hold human experiences that may play a part in shaping our reactions to stress, relationships, and how we view ourselves. I am familiar with the sense of not belonging. I am a biracial, Latinx, womxn who was born in Panama and grew up in the southern US. I have a deep understanding of the unique cultural and societal factors that can impact mental health.

I came to the Bay Area in 2020 and felt the call as a healer to practice mental health counseling. My journey has been shaped by an abundant tapestry of personal and professional experiences, fueling my commitment to support those struggling with grief, depression, anxiety, relational challenges, boundary setting, trauma, and more. My approach to counseling is informed by an eclectic blend of therapeutic modalities including person-centered and multicultural. I value the importance of meeting each individual where they are on their journey. By creating a nurturing and empathetic environment, I strive to help clients uncover their own strengths and solutions. I welcome and work with communities and adults of all ages with complex backgrounds, BIPOC, queer, kink, poly, 2nd generation immigrants, people who use drugs, and those shaken by grief.

My mission as a mental health counselor and harm reductionist is to honor each person's unique story, create a safe space for exploration, and provide guidance on a path towards healing and self-discovery. It's a privilege to be on this journey with you, and I look forward to assisting you in finding your strength and resilience within.
