The therapists’ profiles are pulled in from this page, which is a “blog.” Each therapist profile is a “blog post.”

The best way to create a new profile is by duplicating one that already exists, and then replacing the content. You’ll also need to change the photo thumbnail, excerpt, and URL in the settings before publishing.

You may need to change the date of the post in order for it to show up in the right order, since the only way for profiles to be alphabetical is if you set the dates manually (since blog posts are organized by date).
