Since becoming a part of the San Francisco Bay Area Community in 2017, I have provided mental health care services in a variety of settings, including community-based care, residential, and medical settings to people of diverse backgrounds and various life challenges.

In my work, I draw on strengths-based, narrative, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and person-centered approaches. As a trained harm reduction psychotherapist, I will meet you where you are at and center an empathetic, non-judgemental approach to exploring the goals or challenges that brings you to therapy. Together we can address any hurdles you are facing while working towards building healing narratives which explore and integrate your dreams and aspirations.

I am experienced working with people with a history of complex trauma, people who use drugs, people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS, LGBTQIA+ communities, sex workers, as well as homeless and unstably housed individuals. I have clinical expertise in supporting clients who are seeking gender affirming psychotherapy and other forms of gender-based health and wellness. I welcome work with individuals of all relationship styles and dynamics, and am polyamorous, non-monogamous, and kink-friendly.

I received my Masters in Social Welfare from UC Berkeley, and I have training in Alchemy’s model of Ketamine-Assisted Therapy. I have also served as a research assistant in clinical trials of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy including MDMA for PTSD, and co-authored research on Psilocybin-Assisted Group Psychotherapy.
